  • It really helps us if you can arrive in good time. We’ll do our best to make sure we see you on time, but every so often we can get held up completing a treatment and there might be a small delay.

    You should expect to pay for your treatment on the day. If you need to cancel an appointment, please tell us at least 24 hours before so we can offer the time to someone else. If you cancel at short notice or miss your appointment we may need to charge you.


    Call us immediately if you’ve an emergency during practice hours. We always see patients in pain as quickly as possible. If you call outside this time you’ll receive recorded information on the out of hours services to which we subscribe.
