  Dental implants artificially replace teeth from the root upwards. Made from titanium, they fit directly into your jawbone and hold crowns or false teeth in place, in the same way that roots support natural teeth.

  Dental implants are an attractive, long lasting and highly functional tooth replacement solution. As well as using dental implants to support individual crowns, we also use the technology in a range of other ways, including multiple tooth bridges, or to stabilise or retain dentures.

  Dental implants have been used in dentistry for more than 50 years and are a well-proven choice. It’s important nonetheless to complete a careful assessment and treatment plan before going ahead, as in some cases a different solution may be more appropriate. We’re here to guide you through the options and help you choose the treatment that’s best for you in the long term.

  We use the highly regarded Nobel Biocare All-on-4® technique. This full-arch treatment has been shown to achieve rapid enhancement in function, appearance, sense, speech and self-esteem for patients, while requiring shorter and less invasive treatment than comparable bone-grafting procedures. Nobel Biocare All-on-4® also requires fewer implants than many full arch techniques (which can sometimes need six or more implants), helping make this a more cost-effective option.
